MOTHER'S FRIED OYSTERS 
Make a batter of 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup catsup, 1 teaspoon baking powder, salt and pepper. Dip oysters in batter; roll in cracker meal; fry in deep fat. Drain on brown paper. Serve immediately. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
