MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS 
2 doz. chicken wings
1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cut chicken wings in half then remove bony part of wing. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and garlic powder in a large flat pan (bottom of broiler pan works well). Put wings in and turn until coated. Marinate overnight. Baste from time to time. Bake in the same pan for 1 hour at 375. Baste several times while baking. Makes 48 appetizers.
