MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS | |
3-4 lb. chicken wings 1 lg. bottle soy sauce 1 1/4 tsp. ginger 4 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 tsp. dry mustard Mix all ingredients except chicken wings in a saucepan and bring to a boil on stove. Remove from heat; let cool. Cut tips off chicken wings. Marinate 4-6 hours. Bake on cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. May be broiled at end for a few minutes to make crispy. Serve with rice and salad as a main dish or by themselves as an appetizer. |
