CHICKEN WINGS - MARINATED | |
Serve hot or cold. Can be frozen and reheated and served. Grease cookie sheet - use one with sides on it. Will have a little juice. MARINADE: 1 c. water 1 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. pineapple juice or orange juice 1/4 c. salad oil 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. ground cloves Cut wing tip off - throw away. Cut wing in half. One-half marinade will do 3 pounds wings. Combine and pour over wings. Let set for 2 hours or overnight. (Overnight is better.) Drain in colander (save marinade and reuse). Place on flat cookie sheet with sides and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn once during cooking. |
