1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. Crisco
1 c. preservers

DRIZZLE:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine crust ingredients, will be crumbly. Reserve 1 3/4 cups. Drizzle 2 tablespoons water over remaining crumbs and press in the bottom of 12 x 9 inch pan. Spread preserves over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Pat gently.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool. Combine drizzle ingredients and drizzle over top of cookies. Cut in triangles.
