NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
Graham cracker shells
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream
2 pts. creamed cottage cheese
4 beaten egg yolks
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir sugar into cream. Blend in cottage cheese, egg yolks, flour and vanilla. Whip egg whites until stiff with salt.

Fold egg whites into cheese mixture. Fill shell and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
