ZUCCHINI SOUP 
2 lb. sliced zucchini
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder or several cloves fresh garlic
Water as desired

Saute meat and drain fat. Combine all ingredients in soup pot and simmer 2-3 hours. May also add carrots, green pepper or cabbage. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
