CAKE - CHEESE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 can strawberries or cherries (pie filling) for glaze

Cream 8 ounces cream cheese and 2/3 cup of sugar. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Blend in 2 unbeaten eggs, one at a time. Beat well and set aside. Sift together 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cream 1/2 cup butter; add 2/3 cup sugar, creaming well. Add 2 eggs, one at a time; blend well. Stir in 1 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add dry ingredients gradually and blend well. Turn into a deep 10 inch greased and floured pie plate. Spread batter over the bottom and sides (thinner on the sides). Put cheese mixture over the batter; bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven; mix 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over top. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Add strawberry or cherry glaze and refrigerate. Enjoy.
