RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar

Soak rhubarb in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Drain.

Mix rhubarb with other ingredients and put into unbaked pie shell. Top with crumbs; dot crumbs with butter. Top with cinnamon and bake at 375 degrees until firm.
