HOLLY'S ARTICHOKE CHEESE DIP 
Great hot or cold!

1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Monterrey jack cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can artichoke hearts

Shred all cheeses and finely chop artichoke hearts. Mix in large bowl with mayonnaise. Put in baking dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to an hour, or until brown and bubbly.

For variation add canned jalapeno or fresh garlic.
