SOFT GINGER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. molasses
2 c. coffee
8 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; mix. Add molasses and coffee together. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with coffee and molasses. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
