NO FLOP CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9 x 12 inch pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Remove from oven and pour hot icing on cake.

ICING:

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. (or 1 sm. can) evaporated milk
1 can angel flake coconut

Bring first 3 ingredients to boil 3 minutes and pour on cake.
