MOCHA BARS 
2 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour
1 c. hot water

Sift together sugar and flour. Add hot water. Beat; let stand overnight in refrigerator.

NEXT MORNING, beat 5 egg whites, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar, 2 teaspoons baking powder. Fold into above mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Use a 9x13 inch pan. Let cool; cut in bars; frost.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. cream, heated
1 c. butter
Vanilla
