BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP 
5 c. chicken broth
3 c. broccoli, cut up
1 lg. potato, peeled and chunked
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, sliced
4 tbsp. Blue cheese
3/4 c. cream

Cook broccoli, potato, onion and garlic until tender. Puree in food processor. Return to pan and add cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in cream. Serve hot
