CHERRY TOPPED EASIER PIE 
14 whole graham crackers
1 pkg. (6 serving) Jello instant pudding, vanilla flavor
1 c. thawed Cool Whip non dairy whipped topping
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
2 c. cold milk

Line 9 inch square pan with whole graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary to fill pan. Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at least lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, then blend in whipped topping. Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill 3 hours. Makes 9 servings.
