HOT SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 1/2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown sausage in heavy skillet, pour off excess fat and reduce heat. Add pepper, onions, tomatoes, macaroni and seasoning. Cover and simmer 30 minutes; uncover and simmer 10 minutes more. Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler until cheese melts.
