BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped

Pour Jiffy mix, eggs and cottage cheese into a large bowl and stir until smooth. Stir in the thawed broccoli (leave watery). Add melted butter and onions and mix well. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Be careful not to pour too thick.
