1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor you choose)
3 c. milk
Coconut

1. Mix 1 stick butter, 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup nuts.

2. Press in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

3. Mix 1/2 of Cool Whip and 1 cup powdered sugar and cream cheese.

4. Layer above ingredients on top of crust.

5. Mix 2 packages instant pudding, 3 cups milk and coconut. Then layer on top of first layer.
