CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. WIDE noodles 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced 1 c. milk 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced 1 (10 or 11 oz.) can creamed soup-your choice 1/2 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. potato chip crumbs Cook noodles in boiling water (add salt and cooking oil to water to prevent noodles from sticking together) until tender, do not over cook. Drain water and rinse noodles in cold water to remove starch. In separate dish mix all ingredients EXCEPT chips. Add mixture to noodles, mix again, and pour into 2 quart casserole. Top with crumbs and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
