ORANGE SAUCE FOR FRUIT 
1 c. whipping cream
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Whip cream until stiff. Mix remaining ingredients and fold into cream. Serve over fresh fruit.

Note: If serving over naturally sweet or pre-sweetened fruit, you may prefer to reduce sugar to 1/4 cup.
