CRUST: 1/2 c. butter 1/4 c. white sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 pkg. plus 2 sq. graham crackers; crushed Mix butter, sugar, salt and crumbs and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. FIRST LAYER: 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 1/2 tbsp. milk 2 c. shredded coconut Mix condensed milk, 1 1/2 tablespoon milk and coconut. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown. SECOND (TOP) LAYER: 1/2 of a German chocolate bar 6 oz. butterscotch chips 6 oz. chocolate chips 1 1/2 tbsp. butter Melt the 1/2 chocolate bar both kinds of chips and the butter in the microwave (or double boiler) and spread on warm bars. Let cool and cut in bars. |
