MOUNDS BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. plus 2 sq. graham crackers; crushed

Mix butter, sugar, salt and crumbs and press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FIRST LAYER:

1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
2 c. shredded coconut

Mix condensed milk, 1 1/2 tablespoon milk and coconut. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.

SECOND (TOP) LAYER:

1/2 of a German chocolate bar
6 oz. butterscotch chips
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Melt the 1/2 chocolate bar both kinds of chips and the butter in the microwave (or double boiler) and spread on warm bars. Let cool and cut in bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
