CHEESE DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Combine flour, salt, baking powder; cut in cheese and shortening. Add milk and stir until mixture forms a soft dough. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
