1 lb. smoke sausage 1 lb. hot sausage 1 lb. cut up ham 1 slice pickle meat Salt & pepper 3 c. rice 1 c. onion 1 c. celery 1 c. green peppers 3/4 c. parsley 1 c. tomato paste 1 c. tomato sauce In a heavy saucepan, saute all seasonings. Boil hot sausage to get the fat out. Add all meats with seasoning; saute until light brown. Add tomato sauce and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomato paste and water and bring to boil for 1/2 hour. Add to half done rice and bake 1/2 hour. |
