PASTA SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. vinegar
16 oz. rigatoni
1 tsp. pepper
Parsley flakes
Garlic powder
Cucumber, sliced
Onions, sliced

Cook rigatoni per directions. Wash and drain. Mix all ingredients and toss with rigatoni. Chill 48 hours.
