ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (6 oz.) jar drained artichoke hearts
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Chop artichoke hearts and mix with all of the ingredients. Spread thin layer (1/2 inch) in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly throughout. Serve with tortilla chips right from oven.
