ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
3 chopped green onions
1 (drained) can artichokes (not marinated)
Chopped water chestnuts (optional)
Green chilis (optional)

Mix together. Cook at 350 degrees until brown, 15-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
