AUNT CARYN'S FLUFFY FLOUR
FROSTING
 
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. soft butter or marg.
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Cook in small saucepan flour and milk; stirring constantly until very thick. Set aside to cool.

Beat butter, salt, sugar together; then beat in flour mixture until fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Recipe can be halved easily for top of 13 x 9 or cupcakes.

Note: Use 3 tablespoons flour for 1/2 recipe.
