FAT-FREE DROP PUMPKIN COOKIES 
This recipe makes a great holiday treat and it is fat free without the walnuts. It's a household favorite in my home!

1 box spice or carrot cake mix (any brand)
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix cake mix and pumpkin in mixing bowl until completely blended. Stir in walnuts or raisins. Drop cookies on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F degrees for about 10 minutes or until cookies are somewhat firm to the touch. Let cool on cookie sheet about 2 minutes before removing from pan. Let cool.

Makes about 2 dozen.
