INDIAN TAPIOCA PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
2 tbsp. cornmeal
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Put milk in top of double boiler with tapioca. Cook 10 minutes. Add cornmeal, cook 5 minutes. Add other ingredients except water. Put in baking dish or bean pot. Add water, but do not stir in. Bake 3 hours in a 350 degree oven.
