BUTTERMILK PECAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecans, ground
1 tbsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 chicken breasts, halved, skinned, and boned

Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; set aside. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients. Combine egg and buttermilk. Dip chicken in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture, coating well. Place chicken in baking dish, turning to coat with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
