12 crispy and crumbled bacon slices
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Lightly grease 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pan. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour in pan and bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
