1 pkg. Kraft caramels 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 stick butter 1 1/2 bags marshmallows Rice Krispies Melt caramels, milk and butter in double boiler until smooth. Insert toothpick in marshmallow, dip in caramel mixture, then roll in Rice Krispies. After cool, remove pick and place in cupcake liner. |
