ANISETTE COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. anise oil
3/4 tsp. lemon juice

Mix eggs just until light. Add oil, sugar, flour, anise and lemon. Grease and flour pan. 3 small aluminum pans, 9 x 4 x 3/4 inches. Bake until golden brown, 350 degrees. When done, slice and place on cookie sheet and toast on each side in oven.
