CAESAR SALAD 
2 c. 1/2 inch bread cubes
1/4 c. salad oil
2 clove garlic
2-3 heads romaine or lettuce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1/2 c. anchovies, cut up

1. Brown bread cubes in the 1/4 cup oil with garlic.

2. Stir until all sides are golden brown; remove garlic.

3. Break greens into small pieces in salad bowl.

4. Sprinkle with mustard, salt, pepper and cheese.

5. Combine lemon juice with oil; pour over greens.

6. Break egg over greens; toss gently; add anchovies.

7. Add browned bread cubes; toss lightly.

Serve at once.
