COWBOY BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
2 cans (16 oz.) pork and beans, undrained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Combine beef and onion in skillet. Saute until brown. Combine beef mixture and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Put into a two to three quart casserole bowl. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
