BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. boiling water
1 c. bran 100% cereal
2 c. Kellogg's All Bran cereal
1/2 c. solid shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 pt. buttermilk (2 c.)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Pour boiling water over bran cereals. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in muffin pans 10 to 15 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees.
