Grate orange rind from 1 orange
10X sugar
1 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. orange extract

Cut up orange pieces and put in icing, juice from orange will let you know how much 10X to use. You can slice another orange and put slices on top of icing. this is good on a hot milk cake or 1-2-3-4 cake.
