PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4 or 6 pork chops or pork steaks 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mixture 1 c. raw rice 1 3/4 - 2 c. water Brown pork chops in skillet for 15 minutes. Remove and pour rice into skillet, spreading it around in the bottom. Replace pork chops and pour soup in top. Add 1 3/4 to 2 cups water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook approximately 20 minutes. |
