2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sliced green onion
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt

Combine dressing ingredients. Stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over cabbage, parsley and green onion. Toss lightly. 6 servings.
