1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. raisins (opt.)

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend well, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans - 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan, remove.
