NUT & HONEY CRUNCH DOUBLE PEANUT
BUTTER COOKIES
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. Kellogg's Nut & Honey Cereal, crushed to 2 c.
1 c. peanut butter chips

Stir together flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside.

In large mixing bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter, and sugar until thoroughly combined. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in dry ingredients. Kellogg's Nut & Honey cereal and peanut butter chips.

Drop by measuring tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart with fork, flatten to 2 1/4 inch in diameter. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen.
