AVOCADO DIP 
2 ripe avocados
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash liquid pepper

Blend ingredients together in bowl, spread butter, softened over top. Refrigerate until serving time, then stir butter in with dip. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.

I do not like avocado but found that since having them in the house for babyfood I am more open to trying them. I decided to try this and actually found that the garlic and onion was very overpowering. I would recommend cutting down (at least) the onion. Other than that - awesome with veggies! :D
