SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lbs. lean pork steak, cut into strips
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
Onion, about 3 thick slices, separate into rings

SAUCE:

1 (15 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks; drain, save the juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in small mixing bowl. Stir in:

Pineapple juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

In wok or large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Stir-fry the pork until cooked through. Push meat to the side, then add vegetables; stir fry only about 1-2 minutes. Add sauce to wok, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Add pineapple just to heat through. Serve over rice. Also very good made with 2 whole chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, and cut into bite-size pieces.
