RHUBARB SALAD 
2 c. cut rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 med. apples
2 tbsp. crushed pineapple
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. nuts

Mix rhubarb, sugar and water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Let stand until cool. Dissolve 1 package strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. When cool, add other ingredients. It may be frozen.
