PARKER HOUSE ROLLS 
3 c. milk
1 cube butter
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. yeast dissolved in water
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
Flour

Scald milk and butter. When cool, add yeast dissolved in the water. Add eggs, salt, and enough flour for a sticky dough. Beat on low speed about 7 minutes. Let rise until double in bulk.

Roll dough out on floured board. Cut with a glass. Fold over and roll in buttered pan. Let rise in pan. Makes 36 rolls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Brush top of rolls with butter.
