PASTA - WITH CRAB SAUCE 
Linguini flavor black pepper
1 clove garlic (slice)
3/4 c. coffee mate, light non-dairy
3/4 c. white cooking wine
3/4 c. crab
1/2 c. sun dried tomato
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano

Bring water to boil. Add linguini. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add slice garlic, cook until light brown. In a separate saucepan add garlic, cream, wine, basil and oregano. Bring to a simmer. Drain water from linguini. Add sauce, crab, sun dried tomato. Optional Parmesan cheese.
