2 c. cracker crumbs (1 pkg.) 1 stick melted butter 4 c. grated cheese (1 mild/1 sharp cheese) 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. milk 6-7 eggs Any seasoning - garlic powder, onion salt.... 1 onion (chopped and lightly sauteed) Frozen pkg. cut up broccoli (You can add cooked bacon or any vegetable, too.) Mix cracker crumbs and butter. Pat into bottom of 9x13 inch cake pan. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and pour into cake pan. You can sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. This is one of those recipes that you cannot possibly mess up. I make it different every time and never put exact ingredients in and it always comes out good. Enjoy. |
