MOCK LOBSTER 
1 can shrimp soup
1 lb. haddock pieces
Butter
1/2 c. milk
Bread crumbs
1/4 c. sherry, if desired

Butter bottom of pan. Combine soup, milk and sherry. Put fish in pan. Pour soup mixture over. Sprinkle bread crumbs and put pats of butter on top. Bake in 350 degree oven about 20-30 minutes until bubbly and brown on top.
