MINNETONKA CORN PUDDING 
1 can whole kernel corn (16 oz.)
1 can creamed corn
1 pkg. corn bread/muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly beat eggs and stir in sour cream and butter. Add both cans of corn and corn muffin mix. Pour into a greased 9x12 pan and bake for about 40 minutes. 12 servings.
