RANCHO - O - BEANS 
2 c. ketchup
2 chopped onions
1/2 chopped bell pepper
4 tsp. white vinegar
15 tbsp. light brown sugar
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 lg. cans pork and beans
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 lbs. ground beef

Brown meat, add onions and bell pepper. Pour into crock pot. Add beans: pork and beans and kidney beans. Mix vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard. Pour over meat and bean mixture; stir. Simmer in crock pot for 2 hours. (Ingredient amounts can be halved for lesser amounts.)
